Rods Missing From Prison Vending Machine Lead To Lock Down In Charlottesville, Va.

When prison officials noticed metal rods were missing from a lobby vending machine, the Charlottesville, Va. regional jail was put on lock down for a week ending Jan. 13, forcing 530 inmates to stay in their cells. The rods were never recovered, according to The Hook in Charlottesville, Va.
