Javo® Beverage Company, Inc., a supplier of premium dispensable coffee and tea-based beverages to the foodservice industry, has entered into an agreement with Golden Gate Coffee Distributors, LLC to broker and distribute its on-demand hot and iced coffee and iced teas in nine Northern California counties.
Golden Gate Coffee Distributors, LLC was founded by Elliot Katz. He and his group have a combined 75 years of experience in the coffee industry. Katz has over 40 years of experience in the foodservice industry and has served as a marketing consultant to several coffee roasting and distribution firms in California. Previously, Katz was regional vice president of Sara Lee Corp. Golden Gate Coffee Distributors began distributing Javo's proprietary coffee in September.
Stanley Greanias, chief executive officer of Javo Beverage Co., said in a prepared statement, "Given Elliot and his group's extensive industry experience, we are confident that Javo will benefit in Northern California from our new relationship.
