Full Service Vending, a division of the Full Service Foods Group, has purchased the deed to a 12-acre property with three buildings in Rockaway, N.J. which is located in Morris County, N.J. This follows a land purchase in Denville, N.J. fell through last year for environmental reasons.

Full Service Vending will be relocating its entire New Jersey operation to this facility in March once the construction of a 17-slot loading dock is complete. This will serve and the company's headquarters, operating site and company-wide refurbishing and machine preparation center.

Full Service Vending plans on installing solar panels, energy efficient lighting and heating and is using recycled materials wherever possible as part of their green initiative. The smallest building will be leased as an income property for the next several years until needed for future growth.

Company President Moti Almakias said in a prepared statement, "We have been busting at the seams for the last three years. This new facility will allow us to operate more efficiently and comfortably since the additional loading dock space with shave close to an hour off of each driver's day allowing for greater productivity." Almakias has been at the helm since 1993.
