The New York State Automatic Vending Association will hold its annual meeting and networking event on Wednesday, Feb. 2, 2011 at the Century House Restaurant & Hotel, 997 New Loudon Road, Latham, N.Y.
The board meeting will be 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., followed by a reception till 7 p.m., followed by dinner until 9 p.m. with various speakers.
Cost for dinner is $65 per person.
A room can be reserved for $99 by calling the hotel at 518-785-0931 and mention the association meeting. Reservations are needed by Jan. 26.
Suppliers, brokers, distributors, machine manufacturers and service providers can sponsor a table at the reception. Cost per table is $200 for members.
