Consultant Fred Parrish will present a "hands on" session for coffee and water service operators on Wednesday, April 27 during the National Automatic Merchandising Association OneShow in Chicago. The session will help operators find and plug those "profit leaks," plus share several Excel Spreadsheets designed for the coffee and water service operator. With these tools an operator can calculate, inventory turns, route profitability, revenue charting and gross margin analysis and much more.
As an added bonus, attendees will be given each of the spreadsheets Parrish has developed with the calculation formulas embedded so all you do is input actual sales and inventory data from your operation. Attendees will receive a memory stick that includes each of the spreadsheets on one Excel workbook.
