Bottled Water Sales Rebound In Convenience Stores

Bottled water sales rebounded in 2010, following a 10.2 percent decline in 2009, and industry sources forecast continued growth in 2011, according to Convenience Store News.

While some sources indicate that bottled water sales began to taper off and even decline beginning in 2008, many vending and coffee service operators reported no such decline.

As more glassfront beverage machines become available to vending operators, beverage sales increase due to the increased variety.
