Ski Resorts Install MooBella Ice Cream Machine

The MooBella Ice Creamery machine now serves ice cream made on the spot at three ski resorts: Jiminy Peak Mountain Resort in Hancock, Mass., Gunstock Mountain Resort in Laconia, N.H., and Catamount in Hillsdale, N.Y. make one of 96 possible combinations of ice cream, from two varieties – Premium or Light – three mix-ins, and 12 flavors, in just 40 seconds.

Consumers simply use touch screens to place their orders and lively graphics depict the blending, aerating, freezing, and mixing process.
The Jiminy Peak machine is located at JJ's Lodge and Conference Center, the Gunstock machine can be found at the Cobble Mountain Food Court, and the Catamount machine is featured at the Café Line.

In addition to the ski resorts, MooBella is also available at other major New England attractions including TD Garden, Tanglewood, New England Aquarium, Roger Williams Zoo, and Museum of Science, Boston. MooBella executives are currently in talks with several destinations outside the region.

MooBella Ice Creameries, which are designed for high foot traffic venues, have also been placed in airports, colleges, movie theaters, arenas, and sports complexes throughout New England and New York.

According to company president and CEO, Bruce Ginsberg, ski resorts are a natural outlet for MooBella ice cream. "Skiers and snowboarders certainly work up an appetite. Just like consumers at other destinations, they don't want pre-packaged products; they want delicious, fresh foods made from quality ingredients. And they want them fast. For ski resorts, water, theme and amusement parks, and other attractions, MooBella is the perfect choice."
