Haverhill, Mass. Seeks To Require Fees For Outdoor Redbox Machines

The Haverhill, Mass. city council approved a new ordinance drafted by the building inspector that would require any business owner using redbox machines to purchase a license and a registration sticker for a $100 annual fee, according to The Haverhill Gazette in Haverhill, Mass. The ordinance does not apply to food or cigarette machines.
