European Vending Association Announces Program For EurOps 2011 April 14 And 15 In Portugal

The European Vending Association (EVA) announced that EurOps 2011 will take place April 14 and 15 in Estoril, a coastal town near Lisbon, in Portugal. The aim of EurOps 2011 is to offer European operators first-hand information, directly from their counterparts in a pan-European context.

The program is divided into three parts: efficiencies, opportunities and finance management.

The first part will be covered by Balázs Szöllözi from Trimatic (Hungary), Paulo Carlos from Vending Portugal (Portugal), Roberto Franza from IVS Italia (Italy), Carlos Oderiz from Serventa (Spain), and Francesc Güell from TPC Netgrup (Spain). This section of the conference has the objective of describing and sharing experiences concerning the operating call, maintenance, filling of the machines, vehicle fleet, stock controls and staff
training.

The second part of the conference is dedicated to new opportunities that have found their way into the vending industry.

Giorgia Scattolin from Scattolin Distribuzione Automatica (Italy) Roberto Pace from Gedac Vending (Italy), and Jacek Czauderna from Hello Vending (Poland) will provide ideas which they have implemented.

For the final part, a presentation will be given on a more concrete issue on how to bypass the increase on commodity prices, by Javier Arquerons from Gedemasa (Spain), and a more technical speech on how to control cash flow, given by a specialist, yet to be confirmed.

To close the session, Catherine Piana, the EVA's director general, will brief operators on what are going to be the legislative challenges that they may face in the coming years.

The conference will be animated by Alex Puissant.

The conference will be interpreted from and into English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese and Spanish.

Rheavendors Group is titanium sponsor, not only sponsoring the conference, but also the dinner and musical evening aboard the boat. The "Image of Vending" award will be distributed to its winner on the final evening.

N&W is the platinum sponsor, who will be patron to both the conference and the cocktail on the evening of April 14.

On 15 April, participants will have the opportunity to network with their fellow colleagues in the various leisure events, as well as during the coffee breaks, which will be served in the exhibition area. This room will display sponsors of the event's latest products, as well as some of the international magazines with whom the EVA has agreed on a press partnership for EurOps, D.A. Italia (Italy), Vending Report (Germany) and Mundo Vending (Spain).
