Spangler Candy Relaunches Its Website

Spangler Candy, creator of Dum Dum Pops®, has re-launched SpanglerCandy.com to better serve its customers, promote its brand, boost online candy store sales, and provide an entertaining Website for candy enthusiasts.

Customers are instantly greeted with content ideal for anyone with a sweet tooth. The site displays a featured candy as well as information about year 'round uses for Spangler Candy's products and services, candy craft ideas, candy cane recipes, and information about taking tours at the company's headquarters in Bryan, Ohio.

The new SpanglerCandy.com makes it easier than ever to learn about the interesting and little-known aspects of the bulk candy store and company. Site visitors can find informative videos about the history of Spangler Candy and other news – everything from Spangler Candy features on Food Network's show Unwrapped to a plug on The View. "We want to reward enthusiastic customers with the information and access they crave," said Jim Knight, vice president of marketing for Spangler Candy in a prepared statement. "Because some of our products are not available in all stores, our ability to boost the eCommerce aspect of our site has been beneficial and rewarding to us already."

Spangler Candy's new candy website is also a connection to the world of social networking. Twitter is often the first place followers can find breaking news about the company, including new Dum Dum Pops® flavors, upcoming promotions, and items available for sale on SpanglerCandy.com. Facebook pages dedicated to specific Spangler Candy lines have also been launched including a Circus Peanuts' fan page, a Saf-T-Pops' fan page and a Dum Dum Pops® fan page. All candy fans are encouraged to find Spangler Candy on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Flickr to discover more facts, candy cane recipes, and easily purchase their favorite Spangler Candy treats.
