Tri-State Automatic Merchandising Council Seeks Nominations For Board Members

The Tri-State Automatic Merchandising Council, serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, is asking for nominations to fill positions on the board.

The Tri-State Automatic Merchandising Council, serving Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, is asking for nominations to fill positions on the board. Terms will begin on June 16, 2011. Operator member terms are three years; Supplier member terms are for one year.

Nominees must be from a company that is a current member of both National Automatic Merchandising Association and the Tri-State Automatic Merchandising Council. Directors are expected to attend approximately four to six meetings per year, and are responsible for their own expenses to attend the meetings. The current board of directors will have final approval of all nominations.

The final board will be elected by written ballot at the annual meeting in Atlantic City, N.J. on June 16.
