Burdette Beckmann Inc. (BBI) is pleased to announce an agreement in principle to acquire J.J. Cardi & Associates.
J.J. Cardi is a brokerage company based in Ohio that covers Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and Western Pennsylvania. This acquisition further paves the way for greater success by combining resources from both BBI and J.J. Cardi in the vending industry.
The acquisition is to be effective on Tuesday, November 1st, 2016. BBI’s team looks forward to continuing the excellent coverage that J.J. Cardi has delivered over the years and believes that this new addition will greatly contribute toward expanding our product offerings.
