Concession Services Inc. Sells To Food And Paper Supply Co.

Illinois-based Concession Services Inc. (CSI) has announced that as of May 7th it has sold the operating assets of its Concessions Division to Food and Paper Supply Company (FPS) of Chicago. The announcement was made public on the company’s Website. FSP is a family-owned foodservice distributor that has been serving the Chicagoland area since 1977.

CSI Owner Phillip Leonian wrote, “FPS shares our philosophy of combining the sale of quality products with outstanding and sensitive service.” FPS will also be acquiring the CSI Website, telephone and fax numbers so that customers should be able to place orders consistent with how they have done so in the past.

“We are very grateful to you for your loyalty to us and wish you every success in the future,” Leonian wrote to customers.
