Summary: The board meeting will take place at noon, followed by a general mebership meeting at 2p.m. NYSAVA board meembers and NMAA staff will be available. From 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. there will be a Kirkwood Frito-Lay Plant Tour followed by Binghamton Mets Baseball Game and BBQ Buffet. Cost is $50.
