Crown Brands LLC of Lincolnshire, IL has completed the acquisition of Tomlinson Industries of Cleveland, Ohio.
Founded in 1911, Tomlinson Industries is the world’s leading manufacturer of No-Drip® faucets and fittings for beverage and liquid dispensing. Throughout their 107 years of existence, Tomlinson added many product lines to include countertop cooking equipment, cast iron and thermal platters and skillets, Modular® Dispensing Systems and other products for the commercial foodservice industry. Tomlinson Industries is well-known for their No-Drip®, Pro-FloTM, Modular® Dispensing Systems, Simpli-Flex®, Glenray®, Fusion, Marston, C-Kure®, and Chef’s Edge® brands.
