Loss Prevention Fastracs GPS/ Camlock Locking Key Ring Security System Product From Fastracs - Fleet and Asset Tracking Systems: Loss Prevention Results Inc., Fastracs GPS and Camlock have recently announced a partnership that will allow operators to track their vehicles and driver keys with GPS on the internet providing operating efficiencies and deterring vending theft. The GPS/Locking Key Ring System consists of two sub-systems, a corebox in the truck and a palbox on the Camlock locking key ring. When the locking key ring bundle is inside the vehicle, the corebox tracks the vehicle and the keys, providing solid key security and full fleet management service benefits via the Internet. When the bundle leaves the vehicle, but remains within close range (120 to 300 feet), the palbox on the keys maintains a secure wireless connection to the corebox. When the bundle moves out of range of the corebox, the palbox records and stores the date, time, location and movement information of the bundle. The corebox continues to track the vehicle.
