International Coffee Organization (ICO) Reports Highest Monthly Average Of The ICO Composite Indicator In July 2019

According to Comunicaffe, the International Coffee Organization (ICO) reported the highest monthly average of the ICO composite indicator in July 2019, showing a 3% increase to 103.01 US cents/pound, in the ICO monthly Coffee Market Report. The report also stated that world production in coffee in 2018/19 increased by approximately 1.9% over the previous year, and global consumption grew by approximately 2.1% in that same timeframe.
