One of my favorite things to discuss with operators and manufacturers in this industry is technology and the opportunities it will give to continue to move this industry forward, make the industry more efficient, give operators complete insight into their business, engage the customer and of course, increase an operator’s bottom line.
I also live in the publishing world and I enjoy learning about all the new technologies that are available to us as publishers. Believe me, I know what it feels like to be bombarded with a slew of new technologies and everyone is in a rush to implement them on their properties. Some things make sense, some things don’t.
