More than 600 operators, suppliers and colleagues converged on Bally's resort in October for the National Automatic Merchandising Association (NAMA) CoffeeTea&Water event, making it the best attended event in the coffee program's 4-year history. Exhibit hours were extended for the tabletop networking event, which hosted 89 exhibitors, and for the first time, electricity was added to make the tabletop exhibits more interactive.

The three keynote speakers captivated the attention of their audiences as they shared their expertise and knowledge. There was an update on the coffee market by Ross Colbert, global strategists for beverages for Rabobank International; tea experiences discussed by Steven Smith, founder of Tazo Tea and co-founder of Stash Tea; and sessions on sales expertise led by Jeb Blount, CEO of SalesGravy.com and best-selling author of “People Buy You.”
