Coffee service operators and suppliers converged on the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Cherry Hill, N.J. in mid June for the second annual Coffee Summit sponsored by the National Automatic Merchandising Association. During the 2-day conference, attendees learned about sustainability, account retention, route profitability, e-commerce, opportunities in water service and ice vending, and trends in single-cup brewers during the education sessions. There were numerous roundtable discussions and an evening networking/table top reception.
